INGREDIENTS

60ml Soda Press Co Lemonade Soda Mix
A few drops of Rosewater essence
50ml lychee liquer or fresh/tinned lycees for a virgin option
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Ice
SodaStream sparkling water

METHOD

1. Mix the sparkling water, lemonade soda mix and rosewater and divide between two glasses

2. Add to the glasses filled with ice, top with lychee liqeur or fresh lychees

3. Add lemon garnish & enjoy
