Ideally 1 part syrup, to 6 parts sparkling water. However, as peoples tastes preferences are different, it’s also good to Taste-to-Test. If you are wanting to make up a 1L bottle, fill the syrup to the start of the bottle neck after carbonating the water before-hand. Please note, the Kombucha Concentrates are 1 part concentrate, to 4 parts water.

We don’t use nasty artificial sweeteners or stevia. When you use premium organic ingredients, you deliver more honest and bolder flavours, thus less reliance on the need to add sugar or any other nasties. Sugar occurs naturally within the organic juice concentrates we use. However, we also add some organic sugar and organic brown rice syrup. On average we have 50% less sugar than regular syrups and soft drinks. The Kombucha live concentrates have almost zero sugar

Around 24 months from bottling. A special cold-fill pasteurisation process, the brown bottles, and the fact that it’s a syrup, provide the product with a longer shelf life. Once opened, they will last around 3 months if you keep them in the fridge

They are environmentally friendly and help to protect the magic inside the bottle from sunlight. This is done so we don’t have to use any nasty preservatives. We also think they look pretty cool!

None of our products contain preservatives and therefore from time to time you may find some of the ingredients settling at the bottom or even suspended in the liquid in small clusters. This is all part of the natural state of the product and all you have to do is shake it vigorously and be sure you keep it in the fridge after opening. In extremely rare occasions you might find a friendly bacterial growth (as you see in Kombucha products). If you see this, just send us an e-mail and we’ll replace it. Yes and it’s real quinine, not the chemically substituted version. It's sustainably sourced from the bark of the fever tree (Cinchona) and contains 0.76g of quinine per 100ml diluted. Natural quinine is a natural anti-viral, antiseptic and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is still widely used to treat and prevent malaria.

Our Kombucha applies a 1:4 ratio (one part Concentrate to 4 parts sparkling water). However, feel free to change the ratio to-taste. You can even get a little creative and try adding one of our other syrups to change the flavour.

Innovation is hard to believe, but we promise it’s a true Kombucha and is traditionally brewed by hand in small batches over 45 days. It also has consumption-activated cultures in the form of a stable Bacillus coagulans spores. These resting spores are activated once they reach the enzymes in your stomach. This also helps reduce the attrition rate of these cultures as many ready-to-drink kombucha drinks have lost a significant number of these cultures by the time you drink them. Whereas ours in a highly concentrated format that is effectively ‘resting’ until consumed.
By applying an innovative cold-fill, in-vessel, passive pasteurisation process, using brown glass bottles, and providing our Kombucha in a concentrated form, we can provide a real Kombucha with a long shelf life. We’ve developed this innovation to provide the convenience of home Kombucha without any of the work or mess to guarantee safety and consistency. This ensures you get pretty much all of the 1 Billion+ probiotics per serve that you paid for, and that you’re not consuming a significant percentage of ‘dead cultures’ that many kombucha drinks contain by the time they reach your stomach.
