INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Soda Press Co Passionfruit & Mandarin Kombucha
- Orange Wheels
- Ice
- SodaStream sparkling water
METHOD
1. Cut an orange wheel and place it inside the balloon glass before half filling it with ice.
2. Add the Gin, Campari and Soda Press Kombucha before adding sparkling water. If you want to make this drink a centrepiece you could add half a vanilla pod, a shard of white chocolate.
