INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Soda Press Co Lemon, Lime & Bitters Soda Mixer
- 45ml Vodka
- Lime Quarters
METHOD
In the glass, muddle lime quarters with soda mix and vodka to help extract the natural oils. Fill with crushed ice and mix with a spoon.
Non-Alcoholic METHOD
Use extra lime and a dash of soda mix in place of the vodka. Top with SodaStream Sparkling Water if you like a little fizz.
TIP: To crush ice, wrap ice cubes in a tea towel and lightly smash with a rolling pin.
